There are 3 very simple steps, and if you follow them all, you may get on the list!
First, decorate your den how ever, make sure it's original and AJHQ looks for Chatters that have put tons of work in their den, be sure it's creative and a beautiful work of art, trust me, just put all of your heart and soul into your den!
Second, Invite your friends over! Have a party, make sure you go to all the really popular worlds. Some that are usually full are Tigris, Flint, and ETC. Cuz' AJHQ likes dens where a lot of Chatters hang out and have fun at!
Third, A virtue of God. Be patient, it may take a little time. Just check every so often on the Epic Den list on the map of Jamaa. AJHQ updates it on a daily bases. And a little tip before you check out more. Don't be worried non members, they put members and non members on it!
